From Brokenness to Wholeness: 3 Reasons Why I Wrote My Journey to Healing, Wholeness, and a New Beginning - Part 1

Hey!

So, today, I want to share with you the 3 key reasons why I wrote "My Journey to Healing, Wholeness, and a New Beginning."

❤️‍🩹 This book was birthed from a deeply personal place—one of pain, growth, obedience, and ultimately, transformation. Writing this book was not just a desire, it was a divine assignment, and I pray that as you read it, you’ll understand the heart behind every word.

1. I Needed to Heal and Be Made Whole

Before I could help anyone else, I needed to allow God to heal me. I had wounds that ran deep emotionally and spiritually. And writing became a part of my healing process, a way to release all the pain I was carrying.

❤️‍🩹 This journey was as much about internal restoration as it was about putting words on a page. God met me in my brokenness and began the work of making me whole.

2. I Wanted to Share My Story with Other Women

So many women walk through life carrying silent struggles with identity, relationships, past trauma, and a longing for something more. I knew I wasn’t alone. So, by sharing my journey, I hoped to remind other women that they are not alone and that healing is possible. There is power in vulnerability, and I believe that what God has done in my life can spark hope in yours.

3. The Lord Told Me To

There’s no greater reason to do anything than obedience to God. In my prayer time, the Lord clearly spoke to my heart: “Write it down.” And so, I did. But it took me a while to write it down because I was dealing with so much guilt, shame, and a lack of self-worth. I knew I did not have all the answers, but I trusted the One who does.

This book is my “yes” to God—a testimony of His faithfulness, and a tool He can use to speak into the lives of others.

❤️ As you turn each page, I pray you’ll find pieces of your own story in mine and that you’ll hear the voice of the One who still heals, restores, and gives us all a new beginning.
