For a long time, I thought wholeness meant being fixed or perfect. No more pain. No more struggle. Just peace, confidence, and clarity 24/7. But now? I know better.

Wholeness isn’t about perfection, it’s about integration.

✨ It’s the ability to feel pain and still choose love while continuing to live.

✨ It’s knowing your triggers but not being ruled by them.

✨ It’s showing up with boundaries.

✨ It’s waking up and realizing you made to another day.

Wholeness feels like living without shame.

I’m not the same person I was when I started this journey—and I praise Yah for that. Healing didn’t just change me... it revealed me. No longer was I allowing the opinions of others to dictate and shape who I was and who I was becoming.

Wholeness happened to me when I decided to surrender who I thought I was supposed to be and be who He designed me to be. FREE!

“Trust in Yahuah with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.” ~ Proverbs 3:5

If you’re still in the middle of it, don’t give up. Keep doing the work. 💛
